All sales on xpandedMedia.com for Job board software solutions and CV/Resume Database Search options are final after a product is delivered, or a job is posted on one of our recruitent sites, or the resume database is searched. There are no refunds after such actions by the source code, Job postings and CV/resume database searches are not products that can be returned except under the following circumstances:
- Job Board Source Code applications - Job board source code application software is non refundable as the products are based on proprietary source code, which once delivered is issued to a license. Hosted source code solutions are refundable, based on a 7 day period from the date of launch as stipulated in the contractural agreement.
- Online job postngs - Replacements and adjustments will be considered if received within 7 calendar days of the purchase date and will also be considered for technical problems on the xpandedMedia.com Servers resulting in the customer not being able to view an xpandedMedia.com job board website. xpandedMedia.com must receive notification of the problem and be given the opportunity to fix the problem within a reasonable amount of time. This would usually be with 0 to 3 hours. If the site goes down for periods of time longer than this than refunds will be considered depending on how long the job posting or resume database access subscription had left on it term.
After 7 calendar days of the date of purchase, refunds, replacements and adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of BellingahJobs.com staff members, only if the customer's account hasn't been used since purchase was made.
In the event that the xpandedMedia.com removes a job posting from an xpandedMedia.com website, which it believes to be either fraudulent or libelous, (but is not limited to this instance xpandedMedia.com reserves the right to refuse a refund.
