This section of the xpandedcareers system is where the site is run from. The site administrator can grant access to companies, allocate job ad credits and expiration dates, monitor and regulate the CV database and perform overall user administration tasks.
Employer Management
The main employer interface has a number of features that make the process of posting jobs as simple and time efficient as possible.
- Indicators show at a glance who is able to post jobs or search the CV database.
- See when accounts expire, and which ones are still awaiting activation
- Quick links to purchase history of each customer on the database
Job Ad Credit Management
xpandedcareers lets you allocate 'job ad credits' to each employer account - job ad credits represent a limit to how many jobs an employer can place on the system at any one time. Employers can replace their jobs as often as they wish but they cannot post more jobs than they have credits. This credit-based approach also makes the administrator's job much easier. Employers can be billed a flat rate for the number of credits they have rather than having to keep track of how many jobs they've posted.
Configuration & Alerts
Each xpandedcareers job board solution has inbuilt system generated alerts that are triggered by key events. These include job applications (sent to omployer who posted the job ad, as well as applicant), new company registrations and job credit purchases. These alerts are customized in each individual install to represent the job board owner, employer account and posting party. The administration account also has an 'email braodcast' feature that allows admin accounts to manage their email marketing or system / news updates to either candidates, employers or both.
